June 12, 2003 ~ Big Surf at Battle Rock Park ~ Almost ever day this week Jerry and I have visited Battle Rock Park. Nothing can free the mind like a slow stroll on Battle Rock Beach while listening and watching the roaring surf pound against the shoreline. It is not uncommon for Jerry and I to be the only ones enjoying this beautiful section of the Siskiyou Coast shoreline, the photo on the left illustrates this, those two ladies are the only visitors present on this sunny late afternoon Sunday.

Below are a collection of the better pictures that I took during our visits. This first group of photos were shot on June 8, 2003. The last two pics show some interesting sand formations.

This next set of images were shot on June 10, the surf was really roaring this day.

Below are a few more pics from our recent journey to Yellowstone Park, I will post a few more photos from this trip on each update.
